I totally understand if you guys want me to do second year, since I haven't been on the site for ages, but is it possible for Penny to be pushed into Third Year, since that's the class she was sorted with?

yeah, last year we passed everyone but a few slipped through the cracks. The reason being personal issues for me and Diamond, actually.

A few missed being tagged but the person who took on the tagging did it all by herself and even though she missed one or two here and there, she did fantastic. I'm retagging you now.

Haha, a simple sigh of relief is thanks enough We do have the rule about one exam being passed, but last year was hard on quite a few puppeteers as some of those that run this crazy place are related and family issues sprung up.
